Therapists use different modalities to reach their clients. The theories I apply are:
Humanistic theory views all people in a positive light.
Somatic uses the client's relationship with the emotions and memories stored in their body to heal.
Trauma-Focused ​specifically addresses the needs of individuals who have experienced trauma.
