After earning my Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education from University of Idaho, I spent a number of years working as an educator in alternative secondary education settings. I earned my Masters of Science in Counseling from Northwest Nazarene University with an emphasis on grief, trauma, and crisis therapy. My research specialty is disordered eating, primarily binge eating disorders. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Idaho offering in-person and Telehealth therapy sessions. 

I am an ally of the following communities: Fat Liberation, Body Positivity, Racial Justice, and LGBT+.
